- Fox Point Hurricane Barrier was closed Monday morning.
- The Newport Pell and Mount Hope bridges may be closed temporarily based on wind speeds.
- The Rhode Island Chapter of the American Red Cross has shelters in the region on standby.
- RIPTA will suspend operations in Newport and South County at 10 a.m. All RIPTA service will end at noon.
- MBTA will suspend operations at 2 p.m.
- T.F. Green Airport is open; Check airlines for flight delays or cancellations.

Mandatory evacuation of coastline and low-lying areas by 6 a.m. Monday
